Central City Office

Level 13, Telco Building, EAP Services Suite, 16 Kingston St, Auckland City The Telco Building is a large black building on the corner of Kingston and Federal Street. It is 100 metres from the Sky Tower and directly opposite the District Court. If you arrive for your appointment and the door is locked or the lift will not go to the floor (Generally before 8:30 or after 5:30) use the intercom outside the building to ring Level 13 and someone will come and fetch you. Parking is occasionally available on the street however it is normally easiest to utilise the parking building on Federal Street. click for map

Mount Eden Office

Life Works, 95 Mount Eden Rd, Eden Terrace, Auckland 1023 The Life Works Counselling Centre is located within the Life Building. If you are coming down Mount Eden Road from Symons Street it is about 400 metres down the road on the right. If you turn into the driveway that runs beside the building you will see a set of double doors on the side of the building about halfway down the drive and a small sign saying "Lifeworks Counselling" if you go in that door and wait in the reception area someone will come for you. If the door is locked try the main entrance at the top of the drive. There is normally free parking under the building at the bottom of the driveway or you can park on the side of the driveway. click for map

Payments

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments and late notice cancellations have a significant impact on counsellors as it is often not possible to fill appointments.  Consequently appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before will attract a $100 cancellation fee.  No shows for an appointment incur a full fee.  These fees need to be paid prior to booking the next appointment.
